Sadza is Zimbabwe most staple food made from white maize that ground to flour and cooked in boiling water till it becomes a thick porridge paste. Sadza is mostly enjoyed with beef stew, chicken, and Fried Kale or Covo green vegetables. In other parts of Africa they call in ugali, pap etc.
